A Line type MBM36 + Compounding section type xMix 36 sets the average production around 10 million of square meters per year. Our proposal is to have straightaway the possibility to double the plant without upset the production in the future. Drawing "3010 Full Plant Configuration" represents the maximum spread of the plant, able to produce up to 24 millions of square meters of membrane per year. In the proposal "3011 Intergrade Plant" , the achievable production is 12 millions of square meters, working three shifts and 250 day per year. Drawing "3020 Full Plant Process View" represents the optimization material flow, from the off-load trucks and devices to the warehouse. This drawing can help to check eventual existing building. We suppose best way for you is to buy from Italy everything regarding the technology nearly connected to the production of the membrane. Some parts like Thermal Unit, Centrifugal Pump, Cooling Tower, Thermoshrinkable Unit, Bitumen Tanks, Fumes Treatment Devices, Insulation, Compressed Air Piping, Water Piping, Fumes Tubing etc. can be founded on local market. It's up to you. We can support you by drawing and features of each part.
